Returns & Exchanges

Due to the surprise nature of our mystery boxes, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or if the incorrect size was dispatched. All returned shirts must be in their original condition with tags still attached to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for your return.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the jersey in its original packaging, include the RMA slip, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After we inspect the returned kit, we will process your full refund or ship out a replacement mystery box within 3-5 business days.
